Based on the new whirling steel strike feat and wanting extreme attack speed with decent damage i present this:

Still to be named
Human Rogue 8/ranger 6/monk6

Str 17
Dex 15
Con 15
Int 11
Wis 8
Cha 8

you will need a +2 dex tome before lvl 15 and a +1 int tome at lvl 3 (most have eaten it before you start taking monk lvls to keep up your rogue skills)

Endgame str 34
17 base
5 lvlups
6 item
1 human
3 exceptional
2 +2 tome

Could still get 38 with some hard to get gear
1 epic
1 litany
2 +4 tome
(tell me if i missed something)

28 con
15 base
6 item
3 exceptional
1 human
3 +3 tome

Could get 31 with hard to get gear
1 litany
1 +4 tome
1 epic

493hp:
20 heroic
48 rogue
48 monk
48 ranger
64 Toughnes
180 con
10 draconic
20 minos
45 gs
30 gfl

Enhancments:
not sure as they have not been released yet, but should try to get ninja monk 1, tempest 1 and assassin 1

Progression
Lvl 1 Rogue
2-7 ranger
8-13monk
14-20 rogue

Feats:
Lvl 1: Dodge, toughness
Lvl 3: Mobility
Lvl 6: spring attack
Lvl 8(monk bonus feat): Power attack
Lvl 9:weapon focus slashing, Monk bonus feat:toughness (if possible whirling steel)
Lvl 12: improved critical:slashing
Lvl 13 monk bonus Feat: Whirling steel
Lvl 15: Greater two weapon fighting
Lvl 18: Otwf

Otwf might have be replaced depending on wether you can take whirling steel as a monk feat.

Ac:
Cant bother calculating irrelevant in epics

Skills: max search, open lock, umd, disable. For monk lvls skip open lock and fill it up again during the rogue levels. Otherskills however you wish.

Will be using Min 2/rad 2 longswords.

Would love some feedback. And corrections where im wrong :D

I don't see this being more powerful, or a better rogue, than a 12mnk/6rng/2rog. Does the speed boost from wind stance balance out the narrower crit range for Rad II LS vs Scimitar/rapier?

Not sure as im not really an math expertso im not sure on the rapier thing, but the point of this build isnt to be a better rogue its to do more damage per hit than the 12monk/6ranger/2rogue. Which it achieves with 6d6+9 sneak attack damage vs 3d6+3 (assuming Ninja monk 2 fives more sneak attack damage). Even tough the attack speed is slightly slower.
