i tried searching the forums but "HP" comes up in EVERY post, so...

i have a TR lvl 18 dwarf ftr. i'm happy with his short bad-assedness. for reference, here is the myddo: http://my.ddo.com/character/argonnessen/alco/

my only slight worry is that he only has 557 HP. i have a minos legens, 1 toughness feat, i took all the toughness enhancements so far, ect, but i don't see how he can get to 700 HP by end game. is that a realistic number for a fighter? i still have one more toughness feat planned for but realistically no shroud HP item - i was going to get him some Min II DA first and i just don't have that many large scales...

so, i guess my question is: How can I boost his HP? i am talking about standing HP, not rage or GH type boosts. is there some gear i am missing? please advise.

upgrade your ToD ring to +2 exp con if you haven't already, eat a tome, shroud hp item that should get you pretty close to 700 also add LotD trinket if your stats go odd

What is your current feat list? There are many feats that are actually unnecessary for a capped fighter that can be switched for toughness.

i'm at work (heh) and can't list out the feats and i don't want to screw it up from memory so i'll get to that later.

as for the others...

1) ToD ring. i just re-equipped it when i hit lvl 18. forgot about incredible potential... /facepalm

2) i have already eaten a +2 CON tome. haven't had a +3 drop yet.

3) LOTD is rarer than boot ingredients. and almost as rare are Abbot parties. my guild puts good ones together but abbot pugs that i have joined are 90% failures.

thanks for the tips, though.

you already have a bloodstone so I wouldnt worry about the LotD at least anytime in the foreseeable future
Im hoping you only have the mantle on for xp at the end of a quest, consider a resist cloak(although +5 on DT would be better) as your saves are terrible, clearly you didnt 'waste' too many feats there. levvicks bracers would help you be healed but some stacked toughness would be useful as fighters get lots of feats

I originally thought the disease/protection ring was just for the diseased part but your necklace is disease as well so now Im not so sure.
A common mistake alot of new players make is wasting a slot on protection when it doesnt help their AC become useful. If you cant get your AC alot higher you might as well wear a thong.
