you cant change it with anything including a paid name change.

Fixing a silly and insignificant mistake that should really be easy (see: Alignment), by completely scrapping your current character and starting again from scratch.

I deleted a level 20 character with a full set of raid gear, tier 3 greensteel, etc the other day to change her last name. No other option :(

Ugh. How horrible. And all I wanted to do was add an apostrophe. I guess I'll just hope they add in some method of doing this in the future.
