Does anyone know if a elemental mastery Greensteel item stacks with icy burst, flaming burst, ToD rings, etc.?? I was told that if you wear the item as a accessory it affects melee. But its important to know if they stack.

and yes, it stacks with all those yet isnt worth the extra large ingrediants sadly

They do stack, they are two different sources. One is applied to your melee attacks, and the other is applied to your getting hit. However, it is quite useless as it is only 1d6 of either lightning, acid, cold, or fire damage at a 20% proc rate. So for 24 larges you're much better off crafting a disintegrate guard if you're going that route.

I have a friend in Sarlona who has Elemental Mastery gloves and he tells me that it still adds to melee, and I consider him a very reliable source. I also notice in the DDO Interactive guide for accessories it says On-Hit, instead of On-Being-Hit. But it would be worthless to me if it does not stack with bursts, since I hear it stacks with burst weapons but not ToD rings. Since I have 5 bursts going on at once.
