So ... Devs/Fernando what about GS Decon/Xform?

With all the half-excitement of Half-Orcs and more high level half-content coming down the pipeline, I've yet to hear anything even half-official about GS deconstruction or transformation. This has been asked for many times throughout the years and in different shapes and forms. What's the status of this request? I'm not looking for specific dates or information. I'm simply looking for an official word as to where in the to-do list this stands (if at all). I'm sure the player base would appreciate if you would shed some light on the subject.

/sigh I mean, really how can they be so blind? What about all those experimental items found by trial and error (remember we had to find it the hard way, by trial and error there were no recipes back then just a page from the Manual of The Planes to go by and then try the aspects) and would now like to either have the raw ingredients or at least make them half-way useful by allowing passing the properties from one item to another with a less competitive slot.
