*EDIT: ISSUE_RESOLVED*
-------------------------
Well good grief this was a pain. After exhausting what I thought was every possibility I remembered reading how yet another security measure of the billing system was to compare your IP with the billing information of the CC. Now, despite google earth placing my IP pretty much where I live I decided to hook my cable modem up to a different NIC and recycle the DHCP so I would get a different IP address. Lo' and behold, it suddenly works and lets me make purchases, at least while I have it setup like that.
Having to do this every time I make a purchase is still extremely annoying so I don't know if I'll bother playing, but thought I'd post this in case anyone else goes through the same headaches. P.S. Turbine, fix your "security" features.

*/EDIT: ISSUE_RESOLVED*
My girlfriend and I, with separate accounts and separate credit cards, are unable to purchase any points from the DDO store. It tells us our cards are rejected, despite the fact that our bank accounts are plenty full and we've used them today to make purchases at the grocery store just fine. I even tried my Paypal account which is linked to my bank account and it too gives an error.
Keep in mind that just a few days ago she was able to purchase points just fine.
Also, I'm unable to subscribe to the game because I can't update my payment information. It just tells me that a transaction cannot be done at this time.
Any idea what is going on?
*EDIT: 1*
---------
Contacted my Visa card support and they have no record of any authorizations being attempted by Turbine. They said whatever the reason for the card being declined is on Turbine's end. Also, I've checked and my address information is correct with my bank (I haven't moved since I originally got the account anyway so this is no surprise).
My girlfriend also had the same experience, and hers is even more odd considering just last week she was buying points at the store perfectly fine.
So, from what I can tell all I can do is contact Turbine support over the phone and have them manually do the purchases? Which there is no way I'm doing that considering how inconvenient it would be every time I want to purchase a few points. I want to give Turbine my money but apparently that's too much to ask, heh.

Okay, so I had a friend let me borrow her credit card to see if I could get it to work with hers (which is with a completely different company). It was also instantly declined. After that I tried going through Paypal again, but this time using Bill Me Later (with the plan to just pay it off instantly afterwards) and that again did not work (said my credit card was declined, despite the fact I wasn't even using a credit card that time).
I'd say that's it. I've tried everything imaginable and Turbine won't take my money unless I do it manually over the phone, which I'm not comfortable with.
