Small Group of new and old players Looking for Guild

Im an old player from 2007 returning to the game with some friends. Probably most famous or infamous for creating the Black Abbot Preraid Puzzle Answers (http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=123028) thread depending on how you felt about it :D

Currently there are 6 of us in my group all looking for a place to call home. 3 of us are old players returning and the other 3 are new players. We are all very good very close friends. We are all above the age of 20. We are all VERY experienced gamers and have played this and many other MMORPGS. Everyone in my group has been playing MMORPGs for 5-10+ years. We all have have headphones and mics, though a few in my group prefer not to talk on mic.


What we are looking for:

A relaxed guild with many members who play at all times. We mainly play late night 11pm-3am EST almost everyday. We would really like a guild with other members who actively play close to these times to. We can and do play at other times as well, but that is the preferred time for all of us.

We want a guild that does things together and is very interested in raiding. Us older players started new toons to be on equal level with our new friends who have just started playing. Right now on the toons we are playing we are lvls 4-6. We want NO DRAMA in a guild, no constant spamming of stupid pointless chat in guild chat, and would prefer to be with mainly other adults.

My other toons include a lvl 14 cleric, a lvl 14 rogue, a lvl 15 fighter, a lvl 14 sorc, a lvl 15 sorc, and a lvl 15 sorc/fighter hybrid. My newest toon is lvl 5 and is also a sorc. What can I say I love my sorcs :) See my signature for names. I would love to run higher end content during the day on my other toons while waiting for my group to play with at night on my newer toon.

Other members in my group have toons ranging from lvl 5-15 as well with the exception of our new playing friends. We dont mind being in a growing guild or a learning guild. We would actual prefer to be in a guild that DOESNT rush through the content and really takes the time to enjoy playing and to enjoy doing/exploring the quests and raids.

If your guild is interested in talking to and meeting myself and my group send me a PM or post in the forums. We will get with you talk and/or run some quests to get to know each other better, before we make a decision.

To be fair to the guy since you did post in my thread. There is nothing wrong with actively recruiting for your guild. He didnt PM me a free pass to get inside. His PM said he would like a chance to get with me and talk to me, ask some questions, and run a raid or some quests together to get to know each other.

I would assume everyone else got the same PM I did or close to it. I think its great that hes taking such an involved role with getting to know people and seeing who may be a good fit for his guild out of the people who are looking for guilds. I will keep this in mind when making my final decision on what guild to join

I been watching for you guys when I play at nights but havent seen to many on(no names that I really knew, except for Keithe, which we couldnt remember if that was Constance or not). I did see a bunch of ****'rs on last thursday but again didnt recognize any names, everyone has new toons now :(

very nice site, I was looking through your toons. I remember Kilowatts! THACO sounds familiar too but I know I ran with Kilowatts before ;).

Of course since its not just myself involved we(my group) are going to look to run with everyone this week. Im just kinda the spokesperson for the group atm. We will be looking for all of you online, hopefully when we are, so the group can meet and run with everyone. Then hopefully we can make a happy decision that we all agree on, on where to go.

Hey hun. Come talk to me before you make your final decision... I usually log off about 10pm est personally as thats 3am, but I'm on most nights for hours before that. Usually a bunch in the day too. Lots of new toons yes... but also breaking out the old ones too with TR. Kethe is Sneazy. Still a few of the originals floating around, but sure there are some new folks, but still on s.t.f.u form, all really great people that I think you'd enjoy playing with. Aelyin just booted you for a laugh whenever it was, 1.5 years ago, you are still welcome here. Anyhoo, think about it, just come chat to me and I'll tell you all about the guild now... just come chat to me for a catch up too!

Partly, a TR in your friends list that is lvl 15 will show as 35. The 21 thing tends to be as a result of a character of the same name on another server; with popular names there can be the main characters lvl 20 class then 3-4 other classes beside it, one for each server that name is used on. Think its a bug thats at the bottom of the list to be fixed.

Also wanted to add on I had the privilege of running with Reisz and his guild last night. They were VERY VERY nice, the quest went smooth and easy, the officers from his guild that came along were funny and very nice as well. Waiting for some more people in my group to run with them, Im glad I dont have to make a decision alone, so many very good guilds out there!
