VON 5-6 flagging, 're-flagging'

Hey all. I thought that once you were done von 5-6 now you did not have to repeat von 1-4 to 're-flag'. Am I correct or am I out in left field? Buddy is trying to do 5-6 and it is telling him he can't.

1st...is said buddy still on timer?
2nd...If not, he just needs to speak to the dwarf at the entrance to VON 5.

Correct, there is no need to reflag.













... unless you get that known bug that Turbine has not yet fixed, where you need to reflag.

Have him run VON 1-4 again...then he will be ok from this point forward and will not have to reflag. There was a bug that messed up the flagging for some. Just make sure the issue is not that he hasnt talked to the correct people, they did move them around a little an update or two ago.
