Ninja Set stacks?

Does anyone know if the ninja spy set (nyoko band and necklace) sneak attack damage stacks with Tharnes goggles damage? Also if the 20% less threat from the Ninja set stacks with the Tharnes set.

After running the Shroud last night, I didn't see much of a difference in damage with the Tharnes goggle and Ninja spy set versus just Tharnes goggles. :(

It does not stack, meaning that the Assassin and Ninja TOD set bonuses are unattractive. You'll want to get Shintao or Frenzied instead.
