Stunning Blow + Weighted Maul + Exalted Smite?

I have a Weighted 5% maul and was advised to grab the Stunning Blow feat, not something I had planned on taking. I was told it would lead to some easy critical Smites and high damage. Some points in Dwarven Tactics would help to raise the DC even further, so I'd be looking at a 30-ish DC currently at level 12.

Anybody have experience using this combo?

its a questionable feat for a palidan, theres just to many choices to pick that particular one up, when your dc will be far behind a fighter or barb in a few more levels.

consider other classes can get that DC w/o even using a weighted weapon, you'd be better off pairing up with another melee who can specialize in it (monk/fighter/barb)

At higher lvls you won't be able to land any stuns using stunning blow, since although paladins can get some pretty high dmg numbers, a chunk of that base dmg number comes from Divine Favor and Divine Might and not str. The weighted 5% maul is still very nice to use against mobs that can be stunned but not vorpaled, such as all trash mobs in epics who have deathward.
