How do you check to see what tomes you've consumed?

I know I consumed one a couple weeks ago but I forget if it was a +1 or +2 and even what stat it was.
Silly yes, but I have too many characters and its hard to keep track.

is it just the +x inherent bonus you see on mouseover?

You can login to the DDO Store while logged in as that character and see what tomes you have available to you. If you ate a +2 Con tome, you won't be able to see any +1 or +2 Con tomes at all. I don't know any other way though.

Yes, it is the Inherent Bonus.
