Now a lot of people don't really take much time over their bank characters. I thought I'd see whether I could make one that is useful for more than just storage.

Most of the skills/enhancements are just padding. I've tried to give the character a decent haggle for selling/buying for other alts.

30(35) Total (its also possible to get robes/outfits with a heroism clicky on it with ML4)

Not the best hagglebot but great for someone that doesn't want to waste skills on other characters. I'm sure someone will come up with a better build, just throwing this out there :D
