Heard of people playing with several accounts at the same time and I got to admit I´m kind of fancy doing the same. To be on the save side I´d like to ask about whats legall and what isnt.
1. no multiaccounts at all
2. suscribing several playing em at once
3. using several p2p accounts
4. sitting other ppls accounts in combo with the own
5.suscribed account + p2p account
6. any + f2p account
Thx for the answers.
Hello,
Dual-Boxing or Multi-Boxing is perfectly fine. As long as you are at the computer(s) while actively playing you won't be violating any Terms of Service. This topic is often a point of confusion due to "unattended macros" being banned. As long as you are actively playing you can run as many characters as you want without fear of being in violation of the rules.
I hope this helps answer your question. If you need any further clarification just let us know.

While some people have had success with multiple instances of the game on the same computer that is often problematic. Most of the players I know who dual box, do so with two computers (usually a main gaming PC and a laptop located nearby).
Since DDO is so interactive, is it almost impossible to effectively play more than one truely active character at a time, but it quite possible to have a second character that is more focused on buffs and repairs along for a very effective ride. (Casters are a good second account toon for a dual box mode.)
