If you really can't switch anything, you can wait until level 9, where you can choose another feat, or take the next level up as a class where you can chose pbs as a bonus feat, e.g. Fighter.
Which Feats did you chose at 1,3 and 6 actually?

Mental Toughness requires the ability to cast spells so you need to be at least ranger L4 to get it, so you can only swap your L6 feat for it. You'll have to do a double respec or wait for L9.

Do whatever you prefer. If you are leveling fast, better just go to L9 and pick MT. If it's going to take you a couple weeks, then maybe you better do a double respec. Which feats should be respecced should be obvious since there is only one way you can do it in 2 steps.
