So, does intimidate affect Velah? On epic?

So I did my first Velah pug today. EPIC

ON my ac tank, intim


Banimal ran it, it was a very fast good run.
Congrats to the whole group.

On an aside, I was the 'kiter' for base 3 and the three ice elementals.
After kiting for a minute I instead decided to intim and block...and I got the djinn too.
It was not a problem, all 4 whacking on me and the djinn trying to shock me.
Kept all the aggro.

Now, on to velah.

Decided about halfway through to see what would happen if I initimidated here.
I do not know what my intim was at, I assume around 69, maybe 70?

I rolled a 55+2 at one point and a 56+1 at another (some buff must have added one)
Neither failed.
What did I notice?
She kept trying to trip me and I stood a little off center of the rest of the group.
No one else got tripped while I did that, but she tried to trip me a lot.
Do not know if she always does it or not..

I really thought on epic her size would make it like -30 to intim, but it seems like minus 12 or 13 for sure.


did it really affect anything? I do not know.
No one was really taking much damage at all so I could not really test much.

Did you have her turned around? She doesn't really trip if don't have her turned around, but that makes the breath weapon a pain. Never really tried intimidate to be honest, but we just run it dps for 30 seconds, get out, go back in blah blah blah blah

well,if that is true, then it did cause her to turn.
When I inimidated her I was a little ahead (by like 3 feet) and about the same distance off to the right of the party.
I intim, she knocked me down (or tried to).

I was just shocked the intim was that low.

I just wonder if doing that would do anything as to her damaging swings or not.
