Harassment(urgent)

I have been repeatedly harassed by a pair of characters in-game and am seriouslly wondering if I should quit the game. They have a moderator on their side and when I reported said person it was removed and I got a message saying that I am close to being temporarily removed from playing. It's not fair! They taunted me, called me names, and when I try to report it I'M the one in trouble! I may have retaliated but all I said was to mess off (in a meaner way but you catch my drift) can someone please help me?

If you responded in any kind, you yourself are in violation of the rules.

add them to your /squelch list and be done with them.
Hold yourself to higher, more mature standards and you'll be fine.
