I would like to have an expanded list of options for the stone of change. more specifically I would like to see silver, cold iron etc added to the list like the adamantine ritual. Especially silver. Who knows, it might work all the way up to metaline, if very rare things were needed for the ritual. Maybe even destroy named items like weapons can be used to charge shards in the shroud.

I'm thinking that some will come up with good reasons why this is not a good idea, and would like to hear them.

Well, your precedent isn't a good example.
The Adamantine Ritual does not make a weapon Adamantine. All it does is increase the hardness (making it take less damage) and durability (letting it last longer before it's too broken to use).

So since there's no precedent to allowing metal modifications, I see no reason to start.

I do agree that there needs to be more rituals/recipes though.

Was wondering about that as I posted. Cheers. All the same I think it would be nice if it did work as I mistakenly suggested. It might also be nice to have a thread where people posted their suggestions for minor rituals so it's all in one place. Does such a thread exist?

and maybe making a back scratcher verison of it that drops from a giant that has dragonbane.

Sheelba, I had a thread where I made a list of possibly tiering of Soul Gem rituals, but some of the abilities were too powerful like the Tier 3's. And would of probably of been better everything pushed up a step. Tier 2 be Tier 3, Tier 1 be Tier 2, and Touch Effect be Tier 1.

If Metalline ever did become a ritual I think it would be far too powerful if could be added on any weapon. I think then everyone would shift from Min II Shroud to Lightning Strike with Metalline Alchemy placed upon it.
