If you do not know the place well, don't go calling others noob, promptly get yourself lost, then when someone decides to help you, go afk.
Anyway, Coal Chamber. Climb up. Follow the map. It's not particularly non-linear. Hopefully you manage to get to the top and get your chests, but I'm heading to sleep now.
