My fiance recently started playing DDO and I have to say it's fantastic having someone to play it with right there with you in the room...
But we're quickly coming up to where the game gets really sparse without adv packs, and some recent issues have us strapped until mid June.

What would be the fastest race/class to burn through the first 100-200 favor a few times to get the 3 really good low level packs - until we get her set up on premium in June?

depends on the play style but personally I find Dwarf/Fighter with an axe and a shield to be easiest for me

it's easy to get high HP and AC

roll up a high STR, WIS & CON dwarf cleric, transfer over some full plate (adamantine if you can get it for the DR), a decent shield & weapon, maybe a couple of other BtoA no-min-level +2 stat items, then carve your way through enemies with melee, using SP for self-healing with command & sound burst for crowd control... not a great build at higher levels when their melee capability falls behind but for just the 1st 200 or so favour, pretty much easy buton :)

If you have veteran unlocked, this build has been working wonders for me...
Take the cleric gear and the starter greatsword, then cast Bull's Strength and start hitting things. :)

Melee excel from 1-10.
The divine casters don't come unto their own until 11 or 12+ (blade barrier), and arcanes not until 7+ (firewall).

So ideally you'll want a melee class with good dps but that can self-heal too.
Personally I prefer a TWF bard, ranger, or paladin, although monk and the melee clerics/FvSs work very well too.
