I wanna build a TWF Toon but I have no clue which class is best for that.
Can you guys give me some suggestions whats the best TWF build in your opinion?
I Have seen many of them but since I am a noob I can't figure out which are supirior to the others.
I am very afraid of screwing up and have to reroll or reincarnate.

Most of them are very good.
Rogue, Fighter, Paladin, Ranger, and Barbarian all make very strong TWF characters.
Bard Warchanters are also very good TWF and Monks while they don't often fight with weapons almost always take TWF feats as it helps unarmed combat.
So... No best build.
For a no fail versatile character I'd go ranger, its really hard to actually make any build mistakes since most of the feats come automatically. Go for high strength and con and you can't go wrong there.
My request a build thread has some good TWF characters updated, linked in my signature...

For the total F2P noob - meaning 28-pt builds, base races & classes only, and no tomes - I would recommend a Tempest build like tihocan's (http://forums.ddo.com/showpost.php?p=2800940&postcount=16). If you don't care about trap skills & UMD, you can drop the rogue level and take another level of fighter or something else.

32 point build, good dps, fun and versatile you can go way of the "exploiter" build.
My halfling build under my sig is also a fun versatile build with good ac, saves, dps and self healing with evasion as well.

Ranger = good TWF, seeing as the feats come to you automatically.
Max STR, good Dex, better Con.
take toughness if you feel too squishy.
