Can you use summon monster and use summon frostmarrow mage and keep them both at the same time? If not then the whole pale master summoning chain is worthless imo.

Yes, you can keep the Pale Master summon and the regular summon/or shroud summon up at the same time.

Regardless, the summons are still pretty much worthless.

The only summon in the game worth anything is the shroud clicky and the NPC clerics.
