I'm thinking of doing a Cleric/Favored Soul multiclass, mainly cleric. I want Favored soul for the mana, but cleric for the armor/spell choice. If u have a good build, please post it here. Just a few things that may be helpful...
-I'm a wower that just started ddo
-I want survivability over dps
-I am going to solo a more probably
-NO warforged, yes to anything else
-I want melee, not caster.
Tyvm :)

It doesn't quite work that way. It is highly recommended to not multiclass divine/divine or arcane/arcane. It /seems/ like a good idea when you're new, but it isn't. A pure cleric or pure fvs will have plenty of SP and what armor-type you wear really doesn't matter much.

Even though the in-game description of an extra-mana item (eg. Club of Power III - provides 30 SP, 60 SP for Favoured Souls/Sorcerors) says double, that applies to a pure-class FvS or Sorceror. If you are multiclassed, it will dilute the percentage of extra SP you gain from that item.
Moreover, multiclassing Cleric/Favoured Soul will give you a redundant list of underpowered spells, hurt your melee capabilities, and most of your class enhancements will not stack.
From the other requirements you have posted, it sounds like you are looking at a Favoured Soul, or a Paladin. I would actually suggest a Paladin as the saves/immunities are helpful to a new player unfamiliar with these DnD mechanics. However both classes are very solo-viable as self-sufficient melee characters.

For Clerics :

For Favored Souls :

Both awesome builds that can melee and are not Warforged :D

Not to be rude or something but uh...
Did you do some basic reading up of research before asking for a build? the basics or even tried to make one of your own?
Its kind of a sting for a newbie to just come in and ask for a build without having a base of what they've tried to build so people can help you make it better.
Pick between an FvS and a Cleric FIRST before you start either one. I'm going to assume a 28-point build with no other toons to back your gear up, so I'd say you could try 19 Cleric/ 1 Fighter using a Two-handed weapon. 16 Str, 10 Dex, 16 Con, 10 Int, 14 Wis and 8 Cha if you're human. Dwarves are reccomended since they have axe damage enhancements.
FvS will have more SP, but taking any multi-class levels on one... Well. You're already getting spells later. You CAN try a 18 fvS with 2 Paladin for saves and whatever, but eh. Not my cup of tea.

Actually, I asked a bit in advice, and found that Cle/FvS was a good idea, guess they're just really dumb? I did do a little research on ddowiki...but I don't really get it too much XD

I can't believe you asked that and no one countered any replies to you saying that mix was a good one. Gives folks that actually try to give good answers on /Advice a bad name.
You've come to the right place now, though. As you've seen from previous replies here, that Cl/FvS is really not a good idea. Browse the class threads and even read thru some of the builds that don't pique your interest, as even those can give good character building insights.
