One of the most popular two-handed weapon for rogues is the quarterstaff, because you get increased attack speed with the Thief-Acrobat prestige enhancements.
And if you're going Str, a 12 or 14 base Dex is likely enough... or drop it entirely and take Insightful Reflexes feat to use your Int for reflex saves. (Assuming you have a decent Int, that is.)

Depends which build you where deciding to follow. Some Twohander Rogues use Staffs and go down the Acrobat Line multiclassed with Monk.

Since your gonna Multiclass into Fighter, you'll have access to the full range of Two Handed Weaponry. The weapon to use is obvious then - the weapon that best applies to the situation. Use Greatclubs to smash Skeletons for instance, then switch to your Great Axe to cleave the Zombies. You really won't really care much about things like Critical Hits on a Rogue because you'll be more focused on improving your To Hit bonus, so keep that in mind (More Hits, More Sneak Attacks). Unlike other Rogues, you'll also be more inclined to attack targets that are immune to Sneak Attack Damage, and you'll make a better Tank against and Arcane Skeleton then say a Fighter without Reflex Saves.
If your a 28 point build, consider Dexterity a Dump Stat and get Insightful Reflexes. If your a 32 point build, weigh the benefits of Dexterity in relation to Armor Class, Reflex Saves, and Skills, and the ability to free up an additional Feat.
