Impossible to play

I installed DDO 3 times without success (I downloaded it and tried to install with the original disk...)

When I launch the game, I have a setup error
the message is : Failed to load resources from resource file
Please check your Setup

What can I do...

Sounds like it may be .Net related. Open up the "Uninstall a Program" list in the control panel and see if ...

"Microsoft .Net Framework 1.1"
"Microsoft .Net Framework 1.1 "Hotfix" (KB####)"

... are both listed or if you don't see those or only see one, (if you see both try uninstalling and reinstalling them though) download and install them from the links here:
