Stacking Shroud Healing Lore?

Looking to craft a GS Cloak and I'm curious about the GS Healing Lore. It says it stacks with enhancement lines, and I'm wondering if it is multiplicative or additive.

I have Cleric Enhancements that give me 9% Chance to crit on a heal and have a Blue Dragonscale Robe (Arcane Lore, 9% chance to crit). Got the enhancement line for when I'm wearing my Icys.

Is it worth it to get the Shroud Healing lore?

well, it stacks with enhancements but not with item effects (only the highest counts here).

so youre still at 18% crit chance. thats as good as it gets.
