VIP2FREE2VIP Question I can't find the answer to

Due to a multitude of Fails among a plethora of individuals including myself... I was inadvertently reduced to a Free account. Now that I have shiny new credit card with a shiny new EXPIRATION DATE *glares at everyone involved...including self* I have reassessed VIP status to myself.

How long is the delay before I get my VIP status back IN-GAME. It's still demanding that I purchase Monk and other things and I cannot access VIP areas even though when I log in I'm standing in Reaver's Refuge...

Been about 1 hour so far and everything's green on myaccount.turbine.

You may need to contact Customer Service directly, by phone. I had a card expire during one of my subscription periods (6 mos.) and when it failed to renew I called with the new card number so I wouldn't lose my second anniversary subscription rate.

You get a $ break on the anniversary of your subscription? I've been paying since August 25th 2008 and I haven't gotten any new rates. ; ;

The Subscription did renew. Like I said, it's all green and good at myaccount.turbine. It even says "Premium Account" while I'm logged into the game. But I still have 9-of-4 character slots and "BUY NOW!!!!11@2--->" all over the fu*beep*in' place..

Oh! I figured it out. T_T I'm so stupid. I have to click the "Get Unlimited Access!" banner and choose my subscription method. Ay Dios Mio...
