Im level 6 now, I need some ways to boost my To-Hit by HUGE amounts. Buffs, like potions are acceptable, any quick fixes for this?

Get the goggles of insight, and the Anger's Wrath set from Korthos.

What type of character do you have, what are your stats, what gear do you have, what type of quests at what setting are you running? Hard to help in a vacuum.

It's hard to give advice if you don't even reveal your class, let alone build, gear etc.
If you're still lowlvl and trying to TWF, get the appropriate feats and weapons of the right size. Which means, a light one for the offhand.

Potions:
(Marketplace)
Bull's Strength (strength based)
Cat's Grace (if you're finesse)
(House J)
Rage (strength based)
Heroism
Haste

I don't think you are going to find any answers that weren't already given to you in your previous thread. A better word of advice, would be that if you want to be taken seriously, dont start multiple threads discussing the same issues.

A little outdated, but still applies.

You didn't mention what class you are, and that makes a huge difference as to your combat role.
If you're a dexterity build, you need the feat Weapon Finesse, and then use only light weapons such as rapiers, short swords, daggers, and light maces.
If you're a cleric, you probably have marginal strength and dex unless you're a battle build. Use spells to buff your strength. (See below)
If you're a fighting caster, you need to either up your strength, and buff yourself with Bull's Strength, Rage, and Heroism. Of course these buffs can help any class. Remember, the rage spell lowers armor class.
If you're a bard, use the above spells, and work on enhancements for your songs, and keep on playing them!
If you're a fighter, barbarian, or paladin... you should check the class discussions forum for build advice. You may want to start over. http://forums.ddo.com/forumdisplay.php?f=21
There are also more obvious things like finding weapons with a higher +, and not using weapons you have no proficiency in. If you don't have the Spring Attack feat chain, you have a -4 to hit when moving, so stand firm when fighting.
Don't two weapon fight if you don't have the feat for it. Don't use a rapier, or heavier weapon in your left hand if you don't have the Oversized Two Weapon Fighting feat. Remember that even with feats, Two Weapon Fighting has a -2 penalty to hit. If you can't hit, go sword and board.
I think that about covers it.

You get Goggle's of Insight from the Korthos Island Quest, Necromancer's Doom. These give you a nifty +1 to Hit.

Most of my melee's still wear these in their teens except when Blindness ward is needed. There just really isn't a lot of eye slot equipment for melee's at lower levels.
if your having a hard time hitting , IMO goggles are not going too help all that much maybe on hard elite it would be nice but really , reroll your toon if your at 6th lv thats a day play really,
