Hello, DDO Daily (http://ddo-daily.com/) is proud to present yet another contest for another PAX East code. That means free 500 Turbine Points.

The contest itself is extremely easy - just leave a comment on an entry on an entry (or all of them) at DDO-Daily.com and if I find that worth 500 points or I have consumed too much alcohol and therefore am not thinking straight, you will win the 500 Turbine Points code.

Easy enough, eh?
All the entries posted after "Get your daily dose of DDO and free Turbine Points! (Contest)" (http://ddo-daily.com/archives/557) and before the post, that will declare the end of the contest ( most likely next Sunday) will be taking part in the contest.

Additional information regarding the contest can be read here (http://ddo-daily.com/archives/557).

-Good luck to all of you.

Words are hard. Apropos bad grammar, why does this post read like one of those nigerian lottery emails I keep getting? I keep sending them my passport and bank info, but never get any money. =(

On a more serious note, is this another point and click malware? Have the scammers followed the slime trail that was the offerwall back to our nest? To arms, brothers!!

As you can see the title under my name here is a link, therefore set by an admin + I have access to start new topics here, which also is a privilege granted by an admin.

So unless Turbine works with me, to scam you guys out of you passwords and stuff.. DDO Daily is quite legit.

It looks like that site is trying to boost their site activity by having people show up an post randomly. Higher post count & higher membership numbers (which you no-doubt have to become a member to post in their forum) means more ad revenue.

I'd rather join and be a member on the site's merit alone; not with the lottery drawing for points. It's got lame written all over it. No offense.

Uh, what forum? People can post whateverwherever they want.
And next time i get some free turbine points i should just keep them? I prefer sharing them with other DDO fans.

And the lottery is pretty much only to let people know of the site and if they come back after the contest is over, good for me and them. If not, so be it.

Man. Everyone is so paranoid these days. This dude, SleepingCap has spent his own time to start up a fan site for DDo. He is new to the game (about 5 weeks in I think). And he just wants to pass on some of his excitement and get other people wound up as well. How do I know this? He did an interview with Jerry on the www.DDoCast.com a couple weeks ago.

He's legit. He got premission from DDo to get listed in the Fan Site section of the Forums. He has been graced with a custom forum name for his efforts to talk about and promote the game on his site. You can follow him on Twitter. He is trying to post something on his site every day about DDo, which is pretty frickin' hard and takes a load of time.

Check out the site if you are interesed. It's not everybody's cup of ale. But, don't fear it or bash it without a look. Negative energy cancels out positive energy. Nowadays, there are sooo many podacasts and player-developed sites and apps and posts that you don't really have to play the game to enjoy it. I know I don't have the time to keep up with all of the extras. But I'm pretty pumped about all of the energy.

I enjoyed the Permadeath articles, but I am not sure if PD is for me. Yes, I do not like dying in DDO, and I try to avoid it, but it is going to happen.

A clankenbeard post, those are rare.

I visited, I hope to win the 500 points.
