Mail System Woes

Okay, I rerolled a character named "Selwyk", but before I did that I sent all his stuff to another one of my toons in the mail.

I named my new toon "Selwyk" as well, same last name even.

Sadly, I didn't log on to the toon I sent all my stuff to in a few weeks, so by the time I logged on and tried to retrieve it, all of the stuff had been returned to sender...

SOOO, since the sender is deleted, where does the mail go? Deleted? I hope not, I had some really good stuff there...

Also, I was hoping it would have been sent to the new Selwyk, since the name is the same, but nope.

This happen to anyone else?

I'm afraid there's not anything you can do. Contact support or a GM and ask them but the mail system probably just deletes the mail and all records. Hope someone can give you better advice and you can get your stuff back.

This is why I use the shared bank. You dont have to worry about stuff like this happening. Also, I hate to be the one to tell ya this but you will almost definatly have zero luck in getting any of your stuff back. They have already dsaid several times that they do not replace lost gear from the mailbox. Proably due to the fact that it would eb too easy for some scammer to say "I lost {insert massive amouts of awesome loot here}" and have it replaced.
