I thought as VIPs we wouldn't get that error...

VIP customers have a priority in the queue, which is not the same as that you will never see the queue. If you do hit the queue for the reason of the server actually being heavily populated at the moment (and not for their servers or your account having trouble at the time) you generally only wait 1 minute.

Oh..ok...looks like I misunderstood. Thank you for the clarification. I did some of my "honey-do" list, came back and it was all good.

In the future, just try to log in a few more times. I got that message a couple of times today, but each time, just immediately trying again worked.
