How does Ravager set work?

Considering slapping GFL on a yellow epic slot and using the ravager set. What are the requirements for the DOT to proc? Is it just a % chance, or is it on a crit, or whatever? I know I read it somewhere, I just forgot.

Been a while since I used it, but iirc it procs on every hit, at least it did when ToD was first released. I think I picked it up the first week. Havent used it much since, and that alt is currently a lvl 6 monk, so I cant test it for ya :D


Edit:IIRC its like 2-11 damage per tick for 10 seconds.
