Not "MyDDO" account

I registered in DDO with a username named "<edit>".
My three characters out of four so far are Jaixx, Khalfanii and Clairr. However, in "My DDO" account profile, it displays two other characters in the same server (Argonessen) that I did not create. I cannot access my characters that I have created through that profile page either, and I certainly do not own those two characters. (Their names are: Dracozeno and Shadowmelter). I want these two characters off my DDO page cuz they're not my characters. I'm guessing that an older player with the same account name I created made those characters and got deleted.

Please note that you should NEVER post your username for your security.

The My.DDO.com website is in Beta. This does mean that some things are still being worked on (improvements and functionality). In some cases it does seem to take a while for characters to update. I know this is something they're looking into.
