Feat change question

I am a lvl 18 monk and found out that power attack would be much better than stunning fists (newb boo boo here ugh)
I know of the feat change in the marketplace and have already used it for I made a different critical error before (even worse.....don't ask). Is there another way to get a feat change instead of farming out a PERFECT siberys dragonshard? I have two exceptional dragonshards but to get the other 8 to create the perfect is insane.....

Please help!!!!!!!!!!! I would like to be able to do more damage with my monk. it is driving me insane knowing i could be doing more damage and it would cost a **** ton (which i don't have) to get the perfect.

Please help me and tell me there is something else i can do that is easier.
