Solo ADQ2 Epic.

Inspired by Dexidious of Sarlona.(besides i couldnt let a fleshling have all the fun) :o

My strategy was to exhaust all the gnoll archers to help prevent wrack. Before I had just been using a scroll of dispel magic to remove it, but will not work in here on epic.

All-in-all it was worth it, as it was the most fun Ive had in awhile.

Now hurry and come out with Epic Reaver;)

Assuming you are arcane, have high UMD, or have crafted the GS item that contains Waves of Exhaustion, it's not so bad.

1) Clear out trash mobs in hallway
2) Shrine
3) Zone into main fight room
4) Buff up
Displace, summon IX, resist fire, resist sonic, haste
5) Talk to queen
Select first option, then select the first option again and quickly jump away
6) Find the queen and firewall her or range her
7) Wait until she comes back to the middle
8) Cast Waves of Exhaustion on her from scroll, spell list, or GS item
Easy to land on normal, but on harder difficulties she has decent SR so it's best to cast it from spell list
9) Kite her around while you range her, blade barrier, or firewall (depending on class)
10) Keep doing this until she dies
(Note that for the lsat 20% of her life she is immune to firewall and all other spells below 5th level)
11) Collect loot :-)

congrats, thats a build thats a lot of suited to last in there so your probably succeeded in less attempts huh? took me no less than 10 (including some early deaths)

My post probably wasn't clear rnough, I was referring to non-epic difficulties (specifically normal) in that reply since the prvious poster had mentioned having trouble with that level. :)

If you notice I didn't have the Head equipped in that screenshot (hence the +30)
I actually swapped to a scarab to block the hamstring effect. (in case one of the pew pew archers got lucky.)
Reason being: The first time I had her slivered and then got hamstrung....I learned the hard way that if you get caught with that after she rages, she will catch you and you will get owned.

while fvs's do this all the time i don't doubt a wf caster could also. however a few things to pont out, these pics have been edited. they're not raw schreenshots, pic kb gives that away as does the obvious compresion. but beyond that in all three pics the bottom of the score card is neglected. no one would show up on the portion posted if they didn't break anything or get killshot on the dq. i'm guessing there were a few deaths on this solo run.

I disagree.

There is no reason to post the bottom of the score card, as you can see in the screenshot that there is a 382 yellow mark(polar ray most likely) that has a skull at the top of it, denoting that he did in fact get the kill shot.

Pretty difficult for Mer to use a bunch of oranmental daggers when this was solo'd long before Cove came out as well.

I understand people thinking such a feat is difficult or even near impossible, but just because their uber pew pew can't do it they shouldn't trash on someones achievements.
