View Full Version : No Turbine Points since Upate 4.

Has anyone else not recieved there VIP turbine points since update 4. I am on he 6 months for 60 dollars plan and usually recive my points betwqeen the 5 - 7th of every month and as of yet have not recieved any this month. :confused:

I have not yet received my points either. My "renew" date is the 10th of the month and I usually get the points by the 12th.

I figure that between Update 4, removing the Ice Games, the bonus points for signing as a VIP and other recent activities (:D) Turbine's been just a leetle busy.

I was advised in a private PM to call to have it fixed but I'm in no hurry and can wait until next week.

mine is the 8th, and still haven't received points either. seems the accounting issue over the weekend caused many ripple effects that were not inspected. first time since launch that my points have not been delivered.

no i'm not going to call in, already have an email ticket in regards to this issues. Posted it yesterday, still no response. i do not have time to call during my working schedule for something that has not been an issue in 6 months.

I know it has been asked before, but any chance of getting the point statements. It would really goa long way to be able to appease people.

Anyone else find it extremely weird that all the account issue happening after the "accounting maintenance" and the Offer Wall appearances? Now I'm not saying that it's all tied together, but sure seems fishy if you know what I mean.

Rather than 'being sorry' - which I very much doubt - how about you fixing the ****ing problem instead? :mad: This is getting tiresome... :rolleyes:

No points issue CC payment went out on the 4th. :mad:
