Making Oil of Repair Potions

I know you can get moss and turn it in for Cure Moderate Wound Potions, is there something similar for oil of repair (Im pretty sure there something out there for it) if so where can I get the ingredient and where is the person I need to turn it into?

Mushrooms.

Give mushrooms to the girl in the harbor and there's a 50%-50% chance you'll get an Oil of Light Repair.
