List of Skill DC's?

At one point in time there was a list of skill DC's for end game content somewhere on these forums. I think it was titled "Is my X Skill High Enough".. Anyway, I'm trying to locate it, I've searched, I've gone through my posting history, etc.. no dice.

If someone has a link to it, or if someone has another list with skill DC's for:

Bluff
Intimidate
Diplomacy
Disable Device
Open Lock
Search

I want to know the absolute HIGHEST targets in the game, as I dont want to drop 23 skill points into bluff if the highest conversation bluff needed is 14.


EDIT: It would also be usefull to know the "never fail" stunning blow DC for most content, :)
EDIT2: OK, I located info on Search, Disable Device, Open Lock, and Spot. Still need info on the others

That number doesnt exist. You have to hit and then the mob gets a for save. you need about a 40DC to stun reliably in Amrath. thats tough to get as it is.. No fail? 50+ and thenyouc an always roll a 1 and miss your swing.

Mid 20's is about the highest you need for Bluff, Diplo and Intim for NPC's. If you want to use those skills against mobs though.. 50+

for npcs no idea. For raid bosses, i believe the hound on elite is the highest to intim at 80 +1 iirc, then its dq epic at 79+1 for no fail. Not sure on the other stuff,

Never get a no fail SB as 20 is auto save. Not sure on the dcs for reliable epic stuns, shade prolly has em or at least knows his and how reliable it is.

I should point out that I'm looking for conversation values for Bluff, Diplomacy, and Intimidate. As otherwise you guys are correct, if you want to be effective at it for combat purposes, max it out.

Stunning Blow is another where its best to max it out, but with:

10 Base
10 Wieghted +5%
3 WF Tactics
10 STR 30
___________________
33 Stunning Blow DC

I'm thinking there are more ways to raise that, however I have honestly never invested time in pursuit of Stunning blow DC's before, so this is completely new ground for me. (if your the least bit curious as to why I want this info, I'm building a WF Rogue/Monk SB THF Focused Trap/Skill Monkey. Which is completely out of my field of expertise :))

A Bearded Devil in Shavarath has a 27 fortitude save which means you need a 47DC on your Stunning Blow to always land. The generally consensus is a 45-50 DC to be effective and land in all content.
