First off let me start off by saying that I am new to DDO. I had posted on the F2P forums awhile ago stating that DDO was a breath of fresh air and that still holds true. I had come from wow after playing the game for 5 years (since day one of it hitting the stores). Well, I have canceled my accounts and my brothers and decided to really concentrate on this awesome game. (I had stopped playing awhile ago but also stopped playing all games due to work and I am finally able to relax!)

After playing last night for sometime and talking with some really nice people who seemed to be new along with me (I didn't ask) I decided I wanted to make a guild.

I want this guild to be for new people like myself to explore this game and not just rush into a quest. I can't stand when I group with people (though it is nice to get it done fast) that they fly through the whole quest and at the end I'm left scratching my head..."Ok, so how do I complete this quest?" Sure, I can make my own groups and yes I'll get good groups but that still will not always weed out the terrible and immature players.

This guild would be for people escaping (all are welcome to join though) the "WoW" gaming life and starting a new challenging game. This guild would be for people who actually want to learn how to play this game and learn it with me and teach each other things that they found out. This would be for people who don't mind taking the time to learn about their class and how to "spec" and/or level up correctly or ask for advice. They wouldn't give the guild a bad name either.

This is not for people who want to be held by the hand and just be told want to do, sorry. I'm sure there are guilds out there like that for you and they are that way ---->

Anyone in the guild would be in here simply to better themselves and others around them via constructive criticism and to eventually be part of a guild that literally has started from nothing.

That's correct...at the moment I am the only in this guild looking for people that are like minded and play often/casually throughout the week/weekends. (I am on the East Coast and can play anytime during the week after 6pm and 9:30pm on the weekends).

Where this guild goes will be up to the members of the guild. Would I like to raid (Raided all end-game content in World of Warcraft)? Of course. Would I like to hold guild events? Of course. Would there be vent? Oh yea...I love talking to new people.

Lastly, anyone is able to join including vets of the game. All are welcome, and if you're a vet of the game and like to take the time to show/teach people new things even better.

If you're interested in joining then contact me in game (Character name is Anjels) or send me a private message on here.

Take Care,

Anjels
