Spell Focus for which school ?

I don't like the Spell Focus feats, since one feat for +1 DC in just a few spells don't seem a good deal at first glance. However, since Wizards get so many feats anyway and I have already all matamagic I want in additional to the Spell Penetration line, then I'll probably get the Spell Focus line for my Wizard at levels 15 and 20, as bonus feats.

Considering I play solo most of the time, which school is the best to specialise? Of course Necromancy is the first to come in mind for Finger of Death and later Wail of Bashee, but is there any other good option?

Spell focus for necro also lets you take the Pale Master chain. Might be decent after the buffs next patch :)

Enchantment is another popular one, especially for epics if you plan on playing that long. These are the hold monsters, charms, etc.

If you aren't absolutely sure you want a spell focus, you could always swap some others you took (replacing as free wizard ones) at House J for extra toughness feats or something.
