I couldnt load my first game card because of a bug...i got that taken care of, and got my VIP status. Last week i added another game card so i so i wouldnt have to worry about the bug of not being able to load the game card.
My account showed the game card was going to be used after my first one ran out.

Now my account shows i have been downgraded to Permium status...I paid 15 dollars for the VIP and i want what i paid for.

This is ridiculous! Just because i am not using a credit card doesnt mean i should have to go through this. I have played and PAID for other MMOs using game cards, including LOTR online and NOT had this problem!

First, calm down. Yes there is money involved; however, there are people that have feelings and the hostility in the post is not going to make anyone go out of their way to help you.

Second, do you have 1000 favor or did you purchase Veteran Status? If not, there is your answer as to why you don't have it. VIP doesn't not automatically give you Veteran.

Third, being very condescending in which you are trying to ask people to help you. Try a little more calmness and respect and you might get more immediate help.

I bought a game card, and got a VIP account. Before that subscription ran out i bought another card and applied it to my account. My account showed that the card would be consummed on my next billing cycle, which just so happens should have been today. I paid for the VIP because i enjoy DDO and wanted to play the monk class. I dont care about veteran status, i just wanted to subscribe to the game to get access to all the quests and play the monk class. Which by the way i have a monk up to lvl 11.

So when i go to log in earlier, my account shows i no longer have my 10 slots aviable, i cant play my monk, and my account on the account web site shows i have a permium account, when i paid for VIP with a 30 game card.

I think i have the right to be upset.

Yes a right to be upset, a right to be condescending and disrespectful to the customer service representatives, absolutely not. If you have noticed on the account assistance forums there are multiple people with the same issue. There are 100s to 1000s of you and only a few of the customer services representatives. They will assist you as quickly as possible; but berating, rudeness, and condescending behavior will not make it happen any sooner.

Victorie does an outstanding job and will get to you as soon as possible. Not because you ranted and raved, but because Victorie is a profession that takes pride in doing the job correctly.

Bottom line: be upset, but be respectful to the people you are asking for help.

Excuse me sir, but i wasnt disrespectful, i didnt say i anything about customer service. What i said was it ridiculous, because im not using a credit card. I never once said i had issue with the people doing their job. Its the fact that i bought and a game card, and the system showed it would be consummed on this billing cycle, and now i cant play a character that i paid for.

I dont see anything condescending in my first post either.

Retlas, I'm sorry that you're experiencing this issue. We know that there are issues with GTCs and we are working to fix them (as noted in this sticky (http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=200500)). We are happy to manually help players with that issue until it is fixed, as the sticky notes.

I pulled some strings with my beholder friend. He recommends you check your email, and thinks that will help clear things up.
