I have some questions about dps str rogue.
Which race? I am f2p play, i dont have 32-pt build. I got drow unlocked.
I want to do as much damage as possible, here is a prio list:
1. dps and stealth
2. umd
3. trapmonkey stuff.
as you can see, i want stealth and dps.
I dont care about being pure or not.. i just want build guidance! thank you

I've not done a Str Rogue, but you'll probably want a Dwarf.
You'll want to check out the Rogue Forums (http://forums.ddo.com/forumdisplay.php?f=28) and the Character Build area...I gotta find the latter.

To be a trap-monkey, remember not to ignore int.
That does give a bit of an advantage to the drow race which has bonuses for both dex and int (and cha for your umd), but the -2 con will hurt a bit when you're standing in the thick of things.
Human is also generally a good choice. Healing amp, versatility, extra strength and no pesky - to con.

A Str-based version of the Dark Blade build from this thread (http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=232660) should fit your needs (check the first variant listed).
Race-wise, I'd recommend either Human, Dwarf or Halfling.
Edit: actually, since it sounds like you won't have a Dex tome, I'd definitely go halfling. It may sound weird on a Str-based build, but it's only -1 to dmg and you can easily get your 17 Dex for ITWF/GTWF, with the great sneak attack bonuses from halfling enhancements.

As you see, trapmonkey are number 3. I dont really care for trapmonkey skills since everyone is just ignoring traps these days..

they were talking about epic traps which were made insanely hard
they have now been made easier so that is a non-issue
get int to 12 and then keeps the skills up each lvl and have good items boosting the skills and you can get the traps no problem
you still need to do traps, but it won't detract from your dps in anyway

Here's an often forgotten tip:
With enough Use Magic Device skill, you can cast Find Traps from a Scroll, giving you a +4 bonus to your Search skill that stacks with everything I know of. This will be a HUGE help later on.
I recommend a STR focused Halfling with 14-16 STR that takes Khopesh proficiency, Greater Two Weapon Fighting, and Power Attack(later on). Take the full lines of Training, Accuracy, Guile, and Cunning for maximum DPS. All your 4th level Ability Increase points go into Strength. Get Heavy Fortification by no later then level 11. There should be a level 8 heavy fortification robe on the auction at some point.
Try to keep your Search and Disable items as close to your level as possible(pure items, not Search and INT or Disable and DEX or some garbage like that)

On a pure rogue:
Warforged Kopesh user for highest DPS solo. (warfoged power attack enhancement)
Halfling Kopesh user for highest DPS grouped. (halfling cunning enhancement line)

UMD is a class skill for rogues, that means you will beable to hit high levels of it easily
23 ranks
+2 cha (8 cha base, +6 cha item)
+3 Golden Cartouche
+4 greater heroism
+5 rogue skill boost
====
37 with out raid gear or green steel items
+6 greensteel crafted cha skills item
+2 7 finger gloves instead of cartouche
+1 +2 exceptional cha
+1 +2 cha tome
=====
47 UMD boosted or 42 with out skill boost
Thats more than enough for the important scrolls in game.
