does the heal amplification mod work on spells i cast? or does it work on heal spells that i receive from others?

does greater elemental spell power stack with +100SP shroud items and magi mods? I'm talking about the dragontouched mod: http://ddowiki.com/page/Dragontouched_Armor

Healing amplification is on healing you receive (not just from spells, also from potions / regeneration effects).

Greater elemental spell power stacks with everything but itself (isn't that in its description?). It can be obtained on both DT armor and Shroud crafted items, and of course they won't stack (since they are the same).

There are both:

Improved Recovery (Humans & Monks), Healer's friend (Warforged), and Hunter of the Dead (Paladin PrE) all improve the healing that character receives from divine spells

Healing amplification (Cleric, FvS, Ranger, Paladin, Bard) Iprove the healing value of spells you cast.

I've probably missed some, but that's a start

What are you referring to exactly? I may be missing something, but the only Healing Amplification I can think of is the bonus you can get for instance on Dragontouched Armor, which only affects incoming healing.

Devotion maybe?

Enhancements. Actually, they're all enhancemetns that I listed. Healing Amplification is a cleric enhancement, 4 levels 10-40% increase on cure [x] wounds & heal. The OP question used the words "healing amplification" so I assumed that was the subject. *EDIT* The enhancements are actually Cleric Life Magic 1-4. I remembered the name incorrectly*END EDIT*

But, yes, theres also devotion/potency (permanent) and ardor/efficacy (iirc- temporary) efffects.

Yes, Life Magic is a spell damage amplification enhancement. Since the spells it amplifies are healing spells, it is essentially healing amplification.
As the OP wasn't exactly clear, it seems Kral just tried covering all the bases.
