Madstone Shield and Madstone Rage

Greetings,

A few days ago, someone told me that wearing the Madstone Shield could proc Madstone Rage.

I have a few chars in Europe with the Madstone Shield, and Madstone Rage never proced while wearing it.

I cant access them now, so I am not sure if they changed it or if I ever noticed it or if the person confused them with the boots.

Anyone know for sure? Thanks :)
