Not sure if this belongs in the builds forum but it seemed right.
If I greater reincarnate a character who has eaten a +3 int tome, does that character get skill points from level 2 as if he has always had the +3 int tome?
And as an aside, is it safe to greater reincarnate a true reincarnated character?

No. It's based on the ML of each tome. So for a +3 you get the following tomes added automatically as you relevel:
+1 tome L3
+2 tome L7
+3 tome L11
LR/GR of a TR was tested on Lama without any trouble...not sure if anyone has done it on live though.

That's fine, I'm ok with having it at the correct level, I just don't see myself getting a +3 tome before 20 with my luck. Thank you for the info
