As title says. Why don't you just upload the DDO installer as a torrent?
Just a thought, could be a great way to get the game out there. Then instead of having to go through annoyance to try and get the game downloaded and installed, you can dl the torrent, and do a full install right on the spot.

I think that would be a very good idea, but then someone should put one somewhere...

I believe the Pando Media Booster currently used is already similar in function to a bittorrent program (the description on the official website states "...the Media Booster optimizes video streams by intelligently streaming your videos from multiple sources; your CDN servers as well as the computer's of other viewers ("Peer Cloud")" and "The more viewers a video has, the faster and more cost effectively it can be delivered." Sounds like a more limited-use bittorrent program to me).
Though I'm sure the OP means a file such as "Dungeons_and_Dragons_Online_High-res_Installer.torrent" to use would be more preferable, and I agree.
The Standard Resolution installer is available as a .zip file from FilePlanet.com, so aside from file size concerns, it shouldn't be a problem to create one for the High Resolution version.
I'll be happy with a Dev or QA or Community person (someone official) coming in and saying that we can create our own torrent with the Standard Res .zip file from FilePlanet. Then it'd just be getting things together to create a High Res version.
