After finishing the Graverobber on hard and selling my loot (and collectibles), after turning in some collectibles (my auction post was already filled up and I need the extra inventory space) I came across the Feather Fall Apothecary. Inside I found a great selection of potions (including haste pots) and also saw Potions of Ardor/Inferno/blah going up to V. I'm wondering if these are worth the price or are only there for bored people fighting in the Wayward Lobster.

Static effects (e.g. Potency,Impulse,Devotion) or even clickies of same effect (e.g. Efficacy,Impact,Ardor) on items are far more economical. They are usually available from the auction house or brokers.
The only time I have ever bought these is in an emergency where I wanted to max my DPS for an end boss but simply didn't have the equipment.

Very worth having 5-10 superior typed pots from the House P arcane shop at any given time unless you have a Superior Inferno clicky or another of a type you need & use.
The reason? Its +75% to damage, a static always on effect caps out at +50%. The only thing even better is the Eardweller which is +100% but is of *very* short duration, not to mention being obscenely rare. And clickies with *good* high spell levels are almost invariably on some sort of named loot such as the Regalia of the Phoenix, the glacial assault set items, some of the items out in the Shavarath quests... which are very late game, and will have to be grinded for.
The pots? Easily obtainable and usable from their minimum level, which is far lower than a superior potency of any given level.

I'm looking at one right now and it's only 50%.

Correct, go read the update 3 notes. They upped the power of the short terms. They just didn't bother updating the text on them.
