I believe the Portable Hole and House J Apothecary.

The Amarath guy has them too I think. Not sure about GH and Meridia...tho they should for sure.

In general....The Portable Hole is almost ur one stop shop for all Wiz/Sorc materials...ALMOST

Bah...Ebberon is a huge place...don't feel bad...been playing for a long while and even I forget where stuff is.

But yeah...on the bottom floor, opposite side of the Barkeep is a potion and Reagent Vendor. The reagent vendor also sells those nifty resist 20 potions if u need to send some along to ur melee toons :)

Also, they did add Merfolks and Masters Touch scrolls if u were not aware. Masters Touch Scrolls are handy to have about if u can't spare the 1st level spell slot. :)

Heh, for new players, don't forget you can CTRL + click when buying reagents so you can buy 1000 at a time.
