hi, first off im relativly new to this game, been playing about 2 months and have loved it so far. So, i was thinking about how i would make a TWF fighter that was built primarily for dps but also had some solo survivablity and also some flavor. well the flavor i decided to go with is heavy picks. i love the look of them and like big number crits so yeah. the following is the build i came up with as a first draft of this character. i would love to hear your advice on what im doing wrong if anything, and ways to fix/optimize the character so i won't get boo'd out of parties later on xD.(btw, im sticking to picks, i can't be sold on switching to kopesh so don't try :P)

You'll get 2weapon fighting for free as a ranger so no need to select it as your human bonus feat. Also you took greater 2weapon fighting but dont have improved 2weapon fighting. You have to take improved first.

Move the dodge, mobility, SA line up taking dodge where you took 2wf and then take i2wf where you took SA originally.

Take a look at the class split again. 6 levels of ranger will give him twf and itwf for free. Don't know why it didn't show up for him in the build list, but he does indeed get it at level 8 for free. It also did not show many shot which he also gets at that level.

Original Poster, apart from the error of the person above me concerning ITWF he is correct, 2nd level of ranger will give you TWF for free, so take something else in that slot. Perhaps Bull Headed for another +1 to will saves or Skill Focus UMD. I am sure some other folks might have a more solid idea of what to take there, but TWF at level 1 is not needed. Just go sword and board, or in your case pick and board, until level 4 or maybe even till level 6 while the AC is useful and your attack bonus is still to low to really support TWF.

oops yeah no need to take i2wf either. I noticed him taking 2wf when it wasnt needed, decided to post, and then did a quick scan of the rest of the build and noticed g2wf and no i2wf. For some reason my brain didnt make the connection, my bad.
