Glancing Blows Questions

So, I know that certain effects proc on every glancing blow. What effects actually proc?

KotC - YES
Frenzy - YES
D. Frenzy - YES
Weapons of Good - YES
Vorpals - Yes?
Banish/Smite/etc. - Yes?
Elemental Burst and elementals - I don't regular elementals don't work...

Why do regular elementals not proc?

All PrE damage, capstone damage, and any special effects applied to your weapon by your armor are 100%

Flaming, Holy, Vorpal, and every other weapon-effect, applied by your weapon, are not 100%, but do proc, at a smaller chance.

Only other category I can think of is set bonus effects:
Tharnes (Ghosttouch) does apply to all glacning blows, as they always inherant any kind of DR or Incorporeal bypassing traits that your main attack has
Tower Sets like Ravager, Henshin Mystic, etc.. Can proc, but are not 100%
