I am a lvl 13 human cleric . I am heal specced and I just want to heal. I see people splash fighter for melle amongst other things. I am interested in using repair wands. I hate not being able to heal warforged without wasting all my sp . I have like a 12 charisma base. I want to know if it's possible for me to use repair wands maybe if I splash sorc or something or maybe bard for umd get plus umd item and charisma gear I mean would a splash enable me to use the wands alone? Has anyonebtried this or is it a waste of time

not worth. just use the heal spell

Completely not worth. Just toss them a Heal spell.

Truth be told, abuse the heal spell. It is very likely to be your most mp efficient cure for a single person.

I would say, if you haven't invested in UMD by now (lvl 13), then don't bother.

It will take too much to get a useful UMD at this point.

With regards to the specific use case for Repair Wands, Heal scrolls are far better choices.

Even with the healing penalty for WF you'd be healing for more than you'd be repairing with a Repair Crit Wand.

Heal Scroll - 110 Pts Healed (Base)
Repair Critical Wand - 41 pts Repaired (Assuming lvl 9 Wand)

So if the WF had a 50% penalty to Healing, you'd hit it for 55pts, which is still higher than the Max amount you could hit them with a Repair Critical Wand. (Once you get all 4 Levels into Scroll/Wand Mastery that will increase to 77 pts). If they have Healers Friend at all it's even better.
